Based on this Starfinder thread https://paizo.com/threads/rzs2uv1c?Nudism-in-SF and just like the op of that thread I also practice nudism and emphasize that this isn't a sex related topic.
What are your thoughts on nudism within the world of Golarion? I have read that some deities in the setting do have nudity as part of religious ceremonies, like Arshea's followers praying while nude.

It's... not relevant?
I mean that to say it's not like a lot of attention is given in adventure materials or in the process of actually playing the game to what clothing is, or isn't, worn by the imagined people in the story.
Each group can focus on details as much as they feel the need to, but there really doesn't need to be an official stance as to whether the people of [insert name of settlement] prefer wearing sundresses, pantsuits, or nothing at all.

People are exceptionally hearty in the world of pathfinder apparently. Regular folk are fine until the temperature drops below 13 f, wintertouched humans don't even notice until it drops below -20.
In my opinion, there's many things that are taboo in our modern society that are considered unremarkable in our fantasy games. Which is fine, and doesn't matter, and doesn't need to be brought up, because they are, by definition, something people don't remark on.
Of course if your group wants to explore such things, by all means, you do you. Just expect some seriously awkward moments if not everyone is on board with it (as usual, it's good to know your friends before springing weird sh*$ on them).
That aside, I'd say it would vary a lot by culture just like it does in our world. It'd vary even more due to all the disparate species (naked species would be much more likely to have taboos than furred or feathered ones). It would likely vary due to other factors as well such as caste, occupation, location (you could probably walk down a Taldan beach nude and that would be normal, but not in the senate hall), etc.

There are actually a reasonable amount of classes that can go pretty all natural and be fine. Even more if you are okay with bracers or have your gm let you make something similar as some kind of jewelry.
I would imagine most druid areas probably would not bat too much of an eye as when a lot of folks can be shape sifters clothing is not super useful and may be annoying to deal with.
Most jungle type areas the natives won't look twice at somebody going all natural as clothing in a jungle can be actively dangerous as it can become moldy and cause skin infections.

I'd imagine a lot of places in the Mwangi expanse and other tropical areas of Golarion might very much be like in our own world, where nobody batted an eye at going with very little or no clothing.
And as has been said before, I wouldn't be surprised if members of ancestries that have another layer of insulation (like catfolk, lizardfolk, kobolds, and such) would fall in the same category (I mean, I don't have the Lost Omes Character Guide on hand, but I seem to remember all the lizardfolk art being basically loincloth and jewelry).
And this isn't even counting the weirder ancestries like leshy or wyrwoods.

There are many very sensible reasons to wear as little clothing as possible in a tropical jungle environment. In a high humidity heat environment clothing is a breeding ground for stuff you don't want next to your skin.

Although it is an explicitly sexual thing (although not necessarily), Arshea was a god in Pathfinder 1e who quite literally grants you bonuses for being naked if you are a devotee.
You could flavour it away from that but frankly it isn't something that is particularly common among western cultural standards (or more accurately, standards of acceptable presentation are more aligned with clothed modesty), and the game is written and marketed to an audience seated in those cultures. So almost certainly you aren't going to find much in the way of nudism that doesn't have explicit sexual overtones.
Edit: Actually, mentioning Starfinder, there was someone I knew who was very interested in the Second Skin armor for much the same reasons, and Pathfinder 1e had a suit of armor that functioned somewhat similarly. Djezet skin. This stuff is around, and in Starfinders case it even allows you to otherwise exist in extreme environments while 'stark naked', while djezet skin was more or less the same thing, having radiation protective properties according to lore though not for statistics.

Um ... mosquitoes?
In my experience, the only people who try to wear as little as possible are tourists armed with mefloquine. People who live in those countries still wear clothes, they just don't wear the same type of clothes.
For example, the Filipino barong is a full length shirt (useful for keeping away pests like mosquitoes) which is super thin (allowing ventilation).
Another example: in east Africa, shorts are reserved for children and women of ill-repute; adult men and women wear long pants / long skirts for cultural reasons. They don't "deal" with the heat because it's basically the same temperature all year around - unlike temperate-zone dwellers, they don't change their wardrobes to fit the seasons, they just get used to the temperature.
