The removal of posts is not a punishment in and of itself, and there are a lot of factors that go into whether we remove posts or not, and how we comment on them.

You could email community@paizo.com with a link to the objectionable posts which remain.
It’s entirely possible they were skipped by accident (and now can’t be flagged any more). I’ve seen that happen once or twice and the moderator was glad for the heads up.
The CS staff are so crazy-busy at the moment. That issue came up at the exact wrong time for them and it wouldn’t be surprising if they missed a few posts they’d rather have removed.
