Order 8063682 Download Stuck Personalizing

Hi,

My order included 3 PDFs. The two Paizo PF2 ones downloaded fine, but a third-party PDF has been stuck on "Personalizing" for days now:

Neverwhen 2nd Edition (PF2E)
Personalizing... Click link again in 60 seconds to download

It won't reset to let me try to download again, and it won't move forward with finishing the personalization and letting me complete the download.

If you can unstick it, great. If it's a huge problem, I'm fine with cancelling the Neverwhen 2nd Edition PDF from the order and getting either a refund or store credit.

BTW I sent an email to customer service on May 28 (just a note to let you know so you don't deal with this twice).

Hi,

Just a note to let customer service know I worked through this with the Webmaster as it seemed to be more of a download technical issue rather than a order problem customer service issue.

We think we might have it figured out and the Webmaster is forwarding the issue to the Webstore guys to check on something related to the PDF itself.

HELLO, the info was forwarded to the Webstore by the WebMaster (who went above and beyond to try to help me) on June 9 and it's been 3 weeks and I've heard nothing. I have been waiting over a month for what should be a quick and simple solution.

Please either get me my PDF

OR

Cancel Neverwhen 2nd Edition from my order, delete it from my downloads, and issue a refund (either to my credit card or by store credit, either is fine with me).

ALSO, I just noticed that Customer Service told someone else that this is a known problem and PROMPTLY refunded his money, all in just TWO days. I'm past 30 days and haven't even heard from Customer Service directly (other than the initial automated response).

Please do what you can to remove me from Purgatory so I can get on with my gaming. I can't order the PDF from another vendor until you resolve whether I will be getting the PDF from you (or not). I don't want to end up paying $30 twice for the same PDF from two different stores.

I apologize if I am beginning to sound frustrated, but it's because I am frustrated.

Just A Heads UP:

I really don't like having to do this, but I need to move on with my life, so ---

Sunday July 12, 2020 will be 45 days since I placed my order, paid and DID NOT GET my PDF product. As my credit card company's dispute process has a 60 day deadline and I'm not the type to leave things to the last minute, Paizo has until end of business on Monday, July 13, 2020 to either deliver what was paid for OR refund me for the item.

If I do not have what I paid for, or a refund therefor, I will regretfully be contacting my credit card company on July 14, 2020 to file a dispute, and Paizo will need to deal with the credit card company.

Everytime you post on this you are resetting your place in the queue in getting answered and your problem fixed. Today they just started responding to posts from June 9th. Right now your thread shows today's date in regards to being answered. And as far as emails, the last time they updated the thread for that they had kver 1000 emails, and were backed up to May 19th.
