Spellbook of Rivon Tigerlilly level 9 Halfling Universalist Wizard/Rogue Dedication/Magaambyan Attendent/Halcyon Speaker. I did find 2 other Spellbooks and this includes those copied into my main book though the majority of the spells are what he himself has inscribed or searched out.
