Just purchased the Pathfinder 2nd Edition Core Rules PDF and got RIPPED OFF!!!

I made the order and even though the site for some reason said "Transaction Declined", money was taken FROM MY BANK!!! WHERE'S MY PURCHASE!!!

Your bank likely put a hold on the amount. Speak to your bank about this.

Edit: Are you able to download the pdf? Is it in your “My Downloads”? Can you download it from the product page?

At the top of the page there's a link to "My Account". In the menu under that there's a link to "Digital Content".

Click on "Digital Content" (New name for "My Downloads")

Do you see the Core Rulebook PDF there?

My bank doesn't put a hold on any of my purchases as there is enough funds currently within it. "Digital Content" is showing absolutely nothing and yet the funds were taken out of my account.

I would suggest sending an email to [e-mail] and relate what your bank explained to you. Please be aware that you will likely not receive a response right away, but they will get back to you.

The PDFs do not automatically get put in your digital downloads I believe so there is likely to be a lag of a day or two.

And send the email that was suggested.

Unless you are getting the PDFs as part of a subscription, PDFs normally get added to your digital downloads as soon as the transaction is completed. So it does seem clear that the transaction is not being completed, per the link in Skeld's post.

Almost every time this happens, it's a case where the billing address you have entered for your Paizo account doesn't exactly match the billing address on record at your back or card issuer. Paizo's anti-fraud software is very picky. Check the address on record at your bank and enter it at Paizo exactly the same way.

If that doesn't help, do not continue to post in this thread. Customer Service works from the bottom of the list to the top so "bumping" the thread with new information will move your issue to the back of the queue. If it's anything other than the address-verification issue, a Paizo Customer Service staffer will have to help you with it. Unfortunately, they are running behind right now because of working from home during the pandemic.
