I requested to cancel my Pathfinder Rulebooks subscription on 5/4 but as of the order notification I've received on 5/7 that has not gone through. Again, please cancel the Pathfinder Rulebooks subscription and remove Bestiary 2 from my order.

I'm so sorry we missed your cancellation request. Your subscription is cancelled now and since you clearly requested cancellation before the book shipped, I would be happy to issue a refund to store credit or a refund back to your original payment method. As this was due to an oversight on our part, you are welcome to keep the book as well. Let me know how you'd like to proceed, and thanks for your patience!
