Is the optional rule for voluntary flaws as seen on page 26 in the core Rulebook allowed in pathfinder society games?
Thanks in advance

PFS2 character creation covers all the creation rules. I think that mentioned.

1. Ability Scores
Generate your Pathfinder Society character’s ability scores using the method detailed under “ABILITY SCORE OVERVIEW” on page 20 of the Core Rulebook. Your character may also take two additional ability flaws to gain one additional ability boost as described in the Voluntary Flaws sidebar on page 26 of the Core Rulebook.

Thank you very much for the responses. The reason I am asking is because I am trying to build a cavern elf with the following stats for a pathfinder society game.
Str 14
Dex 10
Con 10
Int 10
Wis 18
Char 14
I can’t find a way to do it, but maybe someone here can find a way?

Yes, because they are applied at different phases:
A- Ancestry
B- Background
C- Class
1- First level ability boosts (4 different ability scores)
Your strength is getting boosted at Ancestry and First Level boosts, so you're okay. What you could not do, for example, would be to take a penalty on cha and str to apply it to wisdom, which you were already going to boost on that Ancestry phase of character building.
