Just read in the Washington Post this morning that sudden loss of smell is a common symptom of COVID-19 infection... and that many who report that are otherwise asymptomatic. So, you probably got it, but didn't get really ill like your missus.

The smell thing is kinda ongoing? My sinuses are still raising high the black flag of winter rebellion so I’m not sure that it is rona related. I mention the coffee bit because Pickleboot brought up a friend of hers with Lupus can’t drink coffee anymore because of how it tastes while on HCQ.
After the study I can ask if I got the Ina Garten good drugs, or if I received the placebo.

Finished the drug cycle today.
Talking with people who have had the malaria drugs, they are incredibly bitter. Mine? Were not bitter at all. In fact, I experienced certain... um, bodily functions that indicate an increase of certain vitamins. I still think I could a valuable test subject if only to discover why I did not get walloped like Pickleboot did. I assume I would test positive and I am aware there are peeps like myself that had no symptoms but tested positive. Hm. I have a fair number of markers that put me in to a very high risk category so I am unsure why I did not experience the turrible respiratory issues.
Life goes on, and Exonn is there. Buckwheat would have wanted it that way.

It is insanity to think Gen Con will be safe to attend. It is as simple as this..No Vaccine? No Gen Con!
Maybe an antibody test. Then we can roll around on the emergency room floor, get covid, hide in a hobbit hole for 2 weeks, then come out see our shadows and head to gencon.
