Invisibility, some questions

Rules Discussion

When your under heightened invisibility and you sneak during combat do you need to roll a new stealth check every round regardless if you stay stay still and attack/cast a spell?

If someone uses the seek action and locates your square, can you sneak out of that square (assuming your stealth was high enough to succeed) and go undetected again?

Would casting a spell or attacking your enemy give away your exact space if your enemy doesn't use seek against you? Or would it just give the general direction your in?

1. That depends on the circumstances but all three are related. You only need to make a new Stealth check whenever you Sneak essentially. If you are staying still and not doing anything, there are no clues that you are even there after all. But your detection status isn't solely based on your own actions. For example...

2. If someone seeks out your location as an invisible creature you become Hidden from them if they rely on Sight as their only accurate sense. In this case you can absolutely sneak out of that space to become undetected again. You could even sneak away, then double back into the square you started in if you so desired, though the opponent may keep attacking that square as it was the last one it "knew" you were in. Sometimes you do effect your own detection though, such as...

3. Casting a spell or making an attack absolutely gives away your exact space and make you Hidden rather than undetected, unless the attack was in some way "hidden". If for instance you cast a Spell with the benefits of both Conceal and Silent spell you would not change your status from Unobserved to Hidden.

Had one other invisibility question if you didn't mind, if your invisible what happens if you just stride rather than sneak? Does the enemy know exactly what square your in?

It would seem so, yes.

Imprecise Senses

Hearing is an imprecise sense—it cannot detect the full
range of detail that a precise sense can. You can usually
sense a creature automatically with an imprecise sense,
but it has the hidden condition instead of the observed
condition. It might be undetected by you if it’s using
Stealth or is in an environment that distorts the sense,
such as a noisy room in the case of hearing. In those
cases, you have to use the Seek basic action to detect the
creature. At best, an imprecise sense can be used to make
an undetected creature (or one you didn’t even know was
there) merely hidden—it can’t make the creature observed.

Would an ally he able to cast Heal on me if I was Invisible? (If they know what square I was in but still Hidden)

I don't see any reason that targeting you would follow different rules than targeting an invisible enemy in a known square.
