Paizo Advantage / Subscription Issues

I am trying to order a few things and I know I have the Paizo Advantage 15% discount, but anything I put in the cart and attempt to order is not discounted. I see the discount applied to my subscription orders, but that's it. I've tried Age of Ashes: Hellknight Hill and Lost Omens Character Guide. Both hardcover and PDF, neither discount.

It also says I get the Pathfinder Society Subscription for free, but that's not showing anywhere. My Pathfinder Pawns subscription is also not showing up on my subscription page, but that isn't supposed to ship until March. I've reached out to support before regarding my pawns subscription and Virginia told me she had fixed it.

I think what is causing this issue is that the Weapons and Armor Deck portion of your subscription hasn't shipped. I have pushed this to ship with waived shipping for the delay and after it has done so it should resolve the issues you are experiencing and I will be able to ensure that you receive the scenarios you missed and be able to use the discount for any future orders.
