ring of spell knowledge and psychic caster

Could a psychic caster use a ring of spell knowledge with UMD check? (Alternatively, is there an equivalent item for psychic casters?)

I think when you use a ring of spell knowledge you're actually using a class feature, not just activating an item. So no IMO.

Unfortunately there's no direct equivalent. A shard of psychic power is the equivalent of a page of spell knowledge though, and it'd be a reasonable house rule to let a psychic spellcaster use a ring of spell knowledge.
