Looking at the file, under the main heading of the TOS2 download, you should be able to see an excel file for TOS 2nd CORE Edition. It's nested on the same level as the file containing the four iconics. If you still are not able to see the file, try refreshing your downloads, re-downloading the file, and double checking that you have a compatible version of excel for PC. Let me know if that works for you!

It seems that somehow when the January subscription got canceled and attached to the February subscription, the charge for the order your system canceled never got refunded and we have been charged double for the items that didn't get sent in January.
