My card was declined on this order due to being past it's exp date. The card has been updated and should be good now, but it won't let me change the payment option or update the card on the order. We would love to have the books soon, so if you could fix the issue we would be eternally grateful.

I have manually pushed your order down to our warehouse and it should ship by the end of the week. I apologize I'm not familiar with what TOS 2 is. Do you have a product code or the full product name? I can then let our webstore coordinator know that we are seeing an issue with this download. Thank you!
It seems that somehow when the January subscription got canceled and attached to the February subscription, the charge for the order your system canceled never got refunded and we have been charged double for the items that didn't get sent in January.

My order is still showing pending, but it seems that my card has been charged, wondering when it will ship. Second, the TOS 2 download currently doesn't have a TOS file in it, just the Valeros Iconic character.
