Got ahold of customer service via phone, should all be taken care of at this point. Thanks for all the help.

It seems that somehow when the January subscription got canceled and attached to the February subscription, the charge for the order your system canceled never got refunded and we have been charged double for the items that didn't get sent in January.

My order is still showing pending, but it seems that my card has been charged, wondering when it will ship. Second, the TOS 2 download currently doesn't have a TOS file in it, just the Valeros Iconic character.
