I've never emailed CS before. I did a couple of days ago. My question is this - about how long should I expect to wait for a reply? Just so I have a rough idea. I have no time frame reference for this. This is not an attack at CS. It's me being curious.

Due to a high volume of inquiries (and some absences due to illness), it looks like we are two weeks out almost exactly in the inbox. 10 business days is what to currently expect for a reply, which is not our ideal or normal. We should be shortening this response time as workloads return to normal.
