Order 9543223 shows that I paid $1.99 and received no product for it.
I think this order was supposed to be for PFS Quest #4 (for which I should have received a discount because of subscriptions granting Paizo Advantage), and that PDF is in my digital content.
I noticed this issue after I tried and failed to order an extra copy of the Advanced Player's Guide via Internet Explorer. I am pretty sure that I can take care of that issue via another browser later this evening, but I am mentioning it here in case my attempted order corrupted one or more of my existing orders.

In the process of fixing the discount issue, it looks like PFS Quest #4 popped back into my shopping cart. It is still not showing up in this order (no harm to me since I have both the PDF and the discount/credit now, but there is a site issue to be fixed).

This is part of another issue we are currently experiencing. I have fixed what I can for now. If the item shows up in your cart again, signing out, closing your browser, reopening and signing back it should fix the issue. I also refunded the small overcharge back to your store credit for the Paizo Advantage missing from that scenario.
