Are Feats Extraordinary Abilities?

Rules Questions

In 3.5 Feats were considered (Ex) abilities with certain exceptions, as per the DnD 3.5 Main FAQ, page 37(Download from the official WotC page).

For those who do not want to open the link, here is the relevant text:

"Page 39 of BE it states that exalted feats are supernatural
abilities and not extraordinary abilities like other feats."

As of now, I have not been able to find any similar ruling for Pathfinder.

Pathfinder DOES, however, explicitely call some feats supernatural or spell-like, which implies, that any non-magical feat might be (Ex).

What are your opinions on this?

No, feats in pathfinder are not "Extraordinary Abilities (Ex)" by the pathfinder definition.

Seeing as they are "abilities outside of the normal scope of your character’s race and class" this would lend them to be extraordinary abilities in the standard English understanding of that term.

The real question is why do you ask? I don't think there's any harm in thinking of them as Extraordinary Abilities, but if there's some random buff you get to Extraordinary Abilities or something like that, then no it doesn't apply to your feats unless otherwise stated.

Well, if feats were (Ex) I could use a Monk of the four Winds' Slow Time ability to ready three charge actions using the Rhino Charge feat and then flurry people to death with pummeling charge. Just a thought.

Natural Abilities

This category includes abilities a creature has because of its physical nature. Natural abilities are those not otherwise designated as extraordinary, supernatural, or spell-like.

Unless otherwise designated, abilities are natural abilities.

Wouldn't work, because Rhino Charge is a passive effect - it only changes what you can do with the ready action.
