Action "strike" and critical failure

If using the action. Strike, and you fail by 11 or worse, is it a critical failure?
If so what is the negative effect?

Nothing happens by default, but some creatures have reactions when the player gets a critical failure in the strike.

Bombs don't do the splash damage either with the critical failure.

They also have critical failure cards just for strikes.
