CS can help you combine orders that you have applied vouchers to to ship with your subscription shipment. The easiest way to do this is to finish submitting the order with the vouchers on your end, and then tell us what order numbers should be combined.
On the vouchers themselves there is a list of types of products it excludes. I think preorders might be one of them.
Sorry about the delayed response! We are getting all our methods of communication caught up, but response times should be back to normal soon. For the future, avoid bumping your thread, as it moves it up to the top of the forum and since we answer from oldest to newest, it could delay our seeing it. I have combined the order you completed and resolved the issue with the voucher not being recognized. It was completely the fault of our system, so I went ahead and resolved it and submitted the order and combined it with the subscription items.
