Advice

I am currently DMing a pathfinder group and was trying to consider putting in an island where everyone on the island is half human and half something else. The only issue is that I’m not sure what conflict or type of quest I could put for the island to make it worth it for the players to actually go to it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Are the islanders supposed to be good, bad, neutral? Do you already have a plot or are you looking for a whole reason for the island?

Looking for a whole reason for the island and the alignment of the islanders can vary cause there are good, evil and neutral PCs

You haven't given us much to go on.
We don't know what your heroes are like or what mindset you want them to approach the island with: to explore, conquer, befriend, or is it just to meet these neat guys that live there?

One easy way is a treasure map. One map might be too simple, so give them half a map. Then when the deduce the location or find the other half, there's a certain commitment to go there.
Really, any macguffin would work to get them there if they're into finding macguffins like most adventurers. Tie the macguffin to a backstory or friendly NPC if they need more, or even the final plot climax if there is one.

Ships being blown off course is another method. That could give them some sailor survivor NPCs to interact with, perhaps protect or be betrayed by.

Then there's the "Hey, I'll pay you guys to go look at this island for our cartography guild. Thanks."
"Is it dangerous?"
"That's kind of what we need you to find out."

ETA: You might want to look for old Isle of Dread adventures. Both the original & Paizo's update in Dungeon Magazine made for great settings and story hooks that might spark something for you. It had a mix of native cultures, from normal to evil.

Thank you for the help. And I’m sorry I didn’t give much to go on. We have a lizard man Druid with a warthog as an animal companion, a drawn druid with a t-Rex as an animal companion, a halfling bard and a gnoll drunken master. Honestly I just thought of this island after watching an anime and thought I might be able to do something with it but haven’t thought of anything yet. I will definitely check out the Isle of Dread adventures

This must not be about PF2 because I don't recall seeing a T-Rex on the list of CRB animal companions, p215-216. Or lizard man as a possible ancestry, for that matter. And the only two half races in the PF2 CRB are half-orc and half-elf.

This being said, the premise of an island inhabited only by half races seems odd. I mean, if they are half races... where are their parents?

It must be magical in origin, and of quite recent vintage, because very soon you would have quarter races and odd mixtures of all sorts.

So why not make it magical and very odd at a fundamental level? Like, some of them are not only half races, but they are not diametrically symmetrical - right half human, left half orc, and like that. Make some of them twins, with opposite halves to each other. (Shades of that old Star Trek episode with Frank Gorshin, "Let that be your last battlefield"). Or maybe there are some halves who only tell the truth and others who only tell lies.
