has anyone done the conversion/update to the full 2e rules for We Be Heroes?...i've noticed a couple monsters didn't make it into the final bestiary and i've not got a good grasp on the math changes between the playtest and 2e to know if i need to adjust any DCs or creature stats...i've never done any conversion work and have mostly been a player that's taking the leap to gm'ing in 2e...

The only monster that didn't make it are the Zombie Pigs. I just took a normal Zombie, removed their free grapple and made them hit slightly harder to compensate.
The characters I converted quite simply, mostly just looking at what options they took and building directly off that. The only difference was deciding on a few extra skills for each character and choosing their heritages.
For Crimsi I went Charhide, Grenek Unbreakable, Pizzaz Irongut and Siathorn also Charhide.
I left DCs mostly the same. Characters have generally gotten a bit more competent but I think slightly easier advancement of the story isn't a bad thing in a one shot, you want the pace to be kept up.

For the Bureau apply weak to the animated statue and give it the draw launching attack from the playtest? Forgot about the Choker sorry, I'm playing with a three man group so it was a wonky encounter for the severity and so swapped it out for 3 Goblin Warriors that hadn't gotten on board with the tribes change of heart. The Choker itself seems to be one of those annoying anomalous enemies that wouldn't actually work in such a tight cave ego system with the other things supposedly living there.
