No and with heal being able to be done with skill checks and 10 minute rests I do not know if there is going to be a solid answer to this until thousands of games are played. Just my 2 cents.
I would have thought this would have been part of the design work in the background...
Especially given that they have written an AP and a module so far. I don’t think it is thousands of games away. It could even be in the game mastery guide
But I imagine it depends on the party which might be what is being said above.
If you play with no spells and the medicine skill you could probably go all day until conditions stopped you. It certainly seems like it unless I have missed something
