Howdy,

I emailed this in right after placing my order - but it seems that forums are the way to get a response, currently. I will copy the content of my email here, concerning order 7992421 in the hopes that I will receive a quicker response:

When placing this order last night, it stated that everything would ship within 1-5 business days. This morning, upon checking the confirmation email, I notice that the bulk of the order is withheld, and that a few of the items are no longer available, just listed as backordered.

I understand that some items are unavailable on the site, I'm mainly upset and confused as to why I wasn't notified of this before payment was already on-hand. It seems dishonest, to change my shipping time after payment, and my first impression of this order is disappointment.

Turn time is imperative - I went with your site over others due to the ability to receive the order by the 1st or 2nd week of August. If I cannot receive the orders in that time, it would not have been a placed order.

What is a date that you can guarantee I will have all items in-hand by? Is there a way that the non-backordered items can still all ship out?

If you cannot guarantee a due date, please at least let me know what date the coins were backordered on. That will allow me to know my best options moving forward.

I understand if you do not want to talk in specific dates, but I need an idea of the timeline. This specific Nautical adventure might be over by the time they arrive, if my estimate means anything.

What occurred was that we had only 2 of the Campaign Coins: Freeport Coin Set (46 coins) in our warehouse. When you placed an order for 3, the system anticipated we'd have to wait to get more from the supplier before fulfilling the order (this is something it allows that I abhor, as it has no indication that you ordered more than we had in stock, but alas). In these kinds of situations, the estimate for getting additional product from the supplier is a very inexact estimate that usually has ranges in weeks. Therefore, I recommend we remove one of this item from the order and send the rest of the order in order to guarantee an arrival time in the near future. I can get the order out of warehouse tomorrow and it will have a 2-5 day shipping time to you.


Thank you so much for getting that moving! I see that it shipped out on Tuesday, the 30th.

I have yet to receive the coins, unfortunately. Is there a tracking number I can use? With that, I can call USPS and see if I need to arrange a pickup or an alternate delivery location.
