I want to start a subscription with the Pathfinder 2nd Edition CRB however the site won't let me.
I have the items in my shopping cart and I won't buy them unless this is addressed.
That defeats one of the purposes of a subscription, getting the free PDF. If I am paying full price and have to buy the PDF, I may as well go to Amazon or my FLGS. Then Paizo loses out on a full retail sale.
If I cannot start at the beginning and get the full set, why bother?
This is a known bug. It will be fixed as soon as feasible, but in the meantime, Customer Service is fixing these manually to make sure everyone gets the correct shipment. Posting here is the right thing to do; however, Customer Service moves from the bottom of the list to the top (oldest to newest) so chatting in the thread moves it to the back of the line.
The quickest way to resolve the issue is to call Customer Service during office hours (10-5 Pacific time, Monday thru Friday). They will eventually get to forum threads and emails as well, but you don't want to bump your own thread. Go vent in the monthly shipping info thread instead.

I'm sorry about the delay in getting back to you. I see that you purchased the PDFs of the books already. We can help you get set up with the correct line items in the subscription, and I can return the purchase of the PDFs to store credit so that you will only pay for the physical books and get the PDFs free as part of the subscription as you should have.
