Lightvision Shades
Source Starfinder #14: Soldiers of Brass pg. 45
Item Level 2; Price 500; System Eyes
This augmentation is a pair of sunglasses (your choice of style when you purchase them) that are integrated into your head. You can extend or retract these lenses as a swift action. While you have the lightvision shades active, you treat light levels of normal light and brighter as if they were areas of dim light. In addition, while the shades are active, you gain a +4 circumstance bonus to saving throws against effects that inflict the blinded or dazzled condition.

How available that is without going into cyber is a matter of sope debate. In that as is, sunglasses good enough to do the same do not exist. Common sense tells me it is possible, just not statted in any book so far.
Also, possibly more basic and cheaper versions.
If you don't want the Molly/Deus Ex look, talk to your GM.
There have been a few threads on this in the past, if you want to look up more.

Gotta kill a few people. Then you got to get sent to a slam, where they tell you you'll never see daylight again. You dig up a doctor, and you pay him 20 menthol Kools to do a surgical shine job on your eyeballs.

500cr to negate is worth it.
The campaign though, access to new gear after character creation will be limited. I was hoping for something affordable that would reduce the penalties of daylight.
Are you not getting any income at all? It takes two ranks in engineering, 500 UPBs and four hours at a workbench to build it yourself.

A while back there was a discussion about whether prosthetic eyes were available in SFS in case someone took a Severe Wound crit to the eyes. I think they got pegged at 100 credits.
Now, it seems to me that if you're replacing your entire eyes, you might replace them with more daydweller eyes that don't have light blindness. And as prosthetics, while nominally being in an upgrade slot, they perhaps don't prevent you from putting in another actual upgrade, just like you can add bells and whistles to prosthetic cyberlegs.
You could argue though that prosthetic eyes sufficiently different from your own race require a bit more effort to interface smoothly with your visual cortex, so basically you're back to having an actual "costs a slot" implant.
Personally I think light blindness/sensitivity should have been relegated to a flavor flaw in Starfinder, rather than a "part of game balance and it's going to cost you something to overcome" flaw. It's just so archaic.

But they do. The sunglasses do work. The only oddity is that they they have to be implanted.
It's not raw by any means, but I kind of like the idea that they don't prevent replacing your actual eyeballs, since they're reallly described as just fancy glasses. I'd still just allow an actual glasses or geordi-visor version.
Meh.
Not a huge deal in a home game.
Just keep in mind that if you have to stick to the books, you'll have to sacrifice your eye slot. Or suffer the blindness/dazzle.
