I have a knifefighter rogue which used Feat: Arcane Strike with Minor Magic - grandfathered in before the SLA change.
Situation -
I converted this Knifefighter Rogue over to a Unchained Knifefighter Rogue when the Unchained and the Unchained PFS rules came out.
Problem: I kept the Minor Magic and the Feat: Arcane Strike in the free unchained rebuild but kept the Minor Magic and Arcane Strike in.
Is this still legal with the Grandfather in rules for SLA?

There was no grandfathering for the SLA rules or arcane strike, when the FAQ hit management allowed PC's that could no longer legally have it to replace it, but that's it.
Indeed, you must retrain Arcane Strike at no cost as you no longer qualify for it, and should have done so the first game after the SLA FAQ was changed.

However, using an SLA to qualify for a Prestige Class (like tiefling and aasimar qualifying for Arcane Trickster) was grandfathered in.
Just wanted to clarify that, since I've already seen a thread get it wrong today.
Correct, as long as they already took the level of the PrC before the FAQ came down.

Actually, it is as long as they have played for at least one XP with that PrC before the FAQ update came down.
Can't have just taken the level, have to have actually played the PC with that level in a game.
