thinking of doing a kingmaker campaign and trying to figure out what other mods to use or events to plan out for the other nations around the stolen lands. as sooner or later there going to need to make trade deals or the like with other nations/kingdoms.
Regarding a map (are you specifically looking for a hex map?), a quick Google search turned up this thread.
And I don't know if there are equivalent kingdom stats for surrounding countries out there, but I just came across this Reddit thread that talks about how Pathfinder Wiki at least has kingdoms' alignments and points out that the nations' source books will have more information.
Get the Pathfinder supplement "Guide to the River Kingdoms". It has the surrounding lands in detail.
