Hi folks. I sent this order a few days ago, and having not received an order confirmation email, I checked on the order's status on my account.

The record on my account claims that the order has been completed, despite it only having been 2 days, and having received neither the order confirmation nor the shipment confirmation emails.

I know it's early to be doing this, but I suspect that if nothing is said or done, my order may never reach me if this confusion isn't cleared up.

I completely understand your concern for the order! Due ot the recent email issues we have been having, primarily with certain email domains, confirmation email and shipping confirmation emails have had a hard time reaching inboxes! You can read more about this problem here.

I can confirm that your order has in fact been completed, which in our system means that it has been shipped and charged and is currently on its way to you!

If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. Once the email issue has been cleared up as well, we can send you a confirmation email should you need one for your records. Thank you!
