Missing PFS Characters on Organized Play

Due to apparently previously editing/deleting characters my Organized play screen is missing my -10, -11, and -12 characters.

My number is 105323

105323-10 has play credit on it so not seeing the sessions/prestige is an issue, but when I create a new character it skips straight to the next (-13, -14 ect) instead of letting me recreate the -10, -11, -12 characters which exist.

Unfortunately once these numbers are deleted on the site, we are not able to recover them. Adding a new character will always create a number that has never been created before, and will not recover numbers that were deleted in the past.

While this is not convenient for those who track their characters online and have made the mistake of previously deleting the character number, the important part for the advancement and tracking of your character is that your physical sheets are recorded correctly. You can always report this online as a different -X number, as the online tracking is for your personal character management.

I wish we could assist further, but unfortunately you will need to find a work-around that is most convenient for you given that we cannot recover deleted numbers.
