Payment method screen is near useless

I have spent the last 10 minutes attempting to fix my payment method but thanks to the craptastic UI, I have only succeeded in adding a new payment method but cannot for the life of me figure out how to change the payment method for a previously declined order.

Additionally, if you are going to be picky about payment methods (AKA no AMEX) then there should be a list of approved methods.

Very frustrated.

I'm sorry to hear that you had some difficulty updating your payment method. We know that our system does not make this process intuitive, and can be resistant to the update.

As to additional information regarding the billing and shipping process, such as accepted payment methods, you can find this information on our FAQ.
