Stacking class features

If someone multiclassed as a fighter/armored battlemage, how would the armor training from each class work?

I remember ranger favored terrains stacking between a couple of different classes which provided them, though I can't remember where. Similarly if you had armor training I from each class I think you'd get armor training II; since they're gained at different rates you couldn't make an argument for the class levels stacking directly though.
