Hey, Issi! You got me beat on initiative for sure, but it would be interesting!

I've spent most of my loot, leaving me with 199 gp. My main weakness is lack of flying magic (those potions of fly are expensive). I added a bow for such occasions, but will look to add flying ointments and such with future gold. I fit your basic tank role in the party.

1. Encumbrance - with you current equipment, you are medium encumbered as your max for light encumbrance is 26 lbs with 8 Str. The armor is 20 lbs, the rapier is 2 lbs, the belt and headband are each 1 lb, the cloak is 1 lb, thieves' tools are 2 lbs, without counting weight of haversack and shortbow. So modify Str or armor or lose 5 pts of AC from medium encumbrance.
2. Fort save is +7 not +8 (base +6 +1 cloak)
3. Reflex save is +19 (you did not add +2 from duelist)
4. AC is 37 not 35 (celestial armor is base +9 not +7 as it is +3 chain mail) - drops to 32 when medium encumbered
5. You need 2 ranks of Perform (dance) to qualify for Duelist - so amend Perform (Act)
6. Knowledge (history) is not class skill so 4 ranks nets you +10 not +12
7. Weapon damage bonuses forgot to factor -1 damage from negative Str bonus

1. You do not have heavy armor proficiency so your Full-plate armor imposes a -5 penalty to attack rolls.
2. I think you forgot we were playing with background skills. According to the ranks provided, you have 6 adventuring skills points left and 20 points for background skills.

Have tweaked stats to 9 Str, so keeping the tools in my Haversack gives me 20+5+2+1+1+1=30lbs?

I calculate using the fractional saves from Pathfinder Unchained since those are the actual mechanics behind saves - which is why I get the +7 base. Can change if you prefer.

Thanks for the catch on the armor. Silly mistake on my part. I forgot that PF clerics don't automatically get heavy armor proficiency. I'll change to breastplate and add the mundane equipment today. Also working on a spell list.
And I'll still carry food and water, just in case the ring gets disenchanted or something....

Not sure about the unchained skill system. Hadn't fully read it before. I updated per how I think it works. Let me know if I'm off again.

Reviewing comments on the others I think my HP were also wrong. Corrected to 98. (If I can round the .5 up?)

I'm traveling all over Taldor, partially for the family business, and spreading the word of Desna and helping out the citizens of the country.

No problem, GM. I also made some changes to Barnabus in his stats, gear, and I decided to make him a Weapon Master instead of a vanilla fighter. I fixed his hps and bought the fighter's kit, which includes a bedroll. :)
With 87 gp remaining, Barnabus is currently drinking it up in Maheto, looking for work as he is almost broke. Per the Pathfinder Wiki: Maheto is a highly-defended Taldan city located in the northern foothills of the World's Edge Mountains. This settlement is home to highly-skilled dwarven craftsmen whose blades and other products are in high demand by members of the empire's ruling class.

I can equate Influence to Diplomacy but the others do not exist in Core PF. Can you help clarify? Thanks.

Hmm...

After meeting Hassan, and successfully protecting Princess Zenora until her annointing as Crown-Princess (and incidentally rendering her ineligible for assassination by the Red Mantis). Issi headed north with her new friend, deciding that the further from Mediogalti Island they could get - the better.

Aiming, more or less, for her old school in Brevoy Issi and Hassan are passing through Taldor when rumours reach their ears of a man with a dangerous job to do and very deep pockets... Naturally, they cannot resist!

That is also why I lowered my skill points. The Unchained system has Clerics getting 1 + 1/2INT per level. If I didn't have the human and Favored Class bonus I'd only have 13 ranks.... Why does D&D think that clerics are unskilled?

Or do I go back to Core skills and ranks and add the background skills?

I believe that we are not using Consolidated Skills but we are using Background Skills.

Ok, everyone. Let me give you my blurb on my playing style. I will try to keep the action moving so I will roll Initiative, Saves, and Perception checks to determine surprise. When we get into a dungeon setting, we will set up procedures on doors (perception for traps, DD, etc.). Since this game involves high level play, I will need your help in keeping track of buffs. Please post in your combat posts a status bar with any spell effects currently on you with duration and copy and paste into each successive combat post. I will post a map for ease of position since a lot of your attacks depending on flanking and reach.

Hassan and Issi, you each have immediate action abilities that we have to deal with. Hassan has his Fading (3/day) ability, which grants 50% miss chance. Stopping the game to ask if he invokes the ability will delay the game too long so we have to come up with circumstances under which he automatically uses the ability: i.e. under 25% of hps or 50% of hps or you will post in your combat post when you see a particular tough opponent that you will use the ability on his first successful attack or on any threat rolls, etc. These are some suggestions or you can decide the ability will not come into play until you specifically post in your combat post that the ability will be used under "x set" of circumstances.

Issi, as a duelist, you have your parry ability, which will also slow down the game if I stop to ask you if you use it. If you are using the ability, I expect you will set aside one of your combat rolls and will post the parry attack in a spoiler tab, which will be used against your opponent's first attack. You can also post the riposte attack in the same spoiler, in case your parry is successful.

Terrance, I expect that you will post your memorized spell list for that day in-game for ease of play and then keep track of the spells/open slots as they are used.

If you have any suggestions for ease of play at this level, please feel free to chime in.

All sounds very sensible.

IT's worth noting that I'm built for Greater Feint and Vital Strike so I probably won't be parry/riposte-ing unless I find that I can't feint the enemy effectively, so hopefully that won't slow combat down much!

(Hassan/Barnabus - you'll want to go after me in combat since I can take away a foes dex to ac for an entire turn at a time.)

Linked to that: GM, could you post the feint DC's for the monsters? It would help speed combat up again if I can see whether I've feinted successfully and then we can all calculate our results appropriately without needing to wait for you to confirm whether things did/did not hit etc.

Also could we have the gameplay opened? It would be helpful to dot in and get the game on my list. :)

You're right, thank you. I will adjust... hopefully tonight. I have to do this advertising thing for my company today for the next few hours. I'll let you know.

Does anyone have any equipment suggestions? I'm at a loss with only the Core stuff.

Also, Issi - I don't need a potion of fly. Hassan can cast it. Take it, you might need both.

As for Fading, I will want to use it at below 30hp or for any Reflex save that I fail, but I will also indicate turns which I will want to be using it in.

Any buffs will most likely be from my Boots of Speed (which I will track in game) or from Brother Trip. A cleric is a dwarf's best friend.
Issi, in game, we can rp to get the potion of fly. And I am sure we will all be going after you in combat, with your +16 to initiative score! :)

Hey all, just to give you a sense of my GM style. You do not need to constantly roll Stealth and Perception checks or Disable Device unless I request them. At this level, I know you're going to roll between 20+ - 45 range, so it's not needed. I will assume you take 10 (no rush) and get in the 30s, so I will generally reveal most details to you.

Sounds good. Some GM's that I've played with figure that if you don't supply rolls you aren't looking at all.

Hey Everyone, I'm away for the next twelve days in Florida - going to Disney World for the first time!
