That is really great but I still didnt get any response to my question / request regarding my orders:

I ll be specific:

1) Order 7467582
Summoner Wars: Deep Dwarves Second Summoner Card Deck

2) Order 7467578
Summoner Wars: Mountain Vargath Second Summoner Card Deck

3) Order 7467571
Summoner Wars: The Filth Second Summoner Card Deck

4) Order 7467564
Summoner Wars: Cave Goblins Faction Deck

5) Order 7467531
Summoner Wars: Mercenaries Second Summoner Card Deck

6) Order 7467529
Summoner Wars—Fallen Kingdom: Second Summoner

7) Order 7467523
Summoner Wars—Cloaks: Faction Pack

8) Order 7467308
Summoner Wars: Guild Dwarves Second Summoner Card Deck

So as you can see I have 8 orders all those orders are from September 16th, I have yet to have any news regarding them and when I can expect the products to be shipped, picked in my country or whatever.

Can you please provide an answer for that... in worse case tell me you simply wont ship them and cancle my orders but dont leave a client waiting for so long... without a single piece of information. I like your store I want to buy more from you guys, but not if this means I ll wait ages for products and for any kind of information.

Hello Lan,

The items in these orders you have provided fall into one of 3 categories. They either must be ordered from the supplier, they are backorder, or they are unavailable.

Orders 7467571 and 7467523 contain items which are simply unavailable. I have canceled these orders as requested.

Order 7467526 is on backorder. I do not currently have a timeframe to offer for when it might be available, but it will be some time.

Finally, the remainder of the orders are all items which we must acquire from suppliers or other locations. This is indicated on their product pages by the text: "Ships from our warehouse in 6 to 18 business days" (or a similar range of days).

Based on your order date of September 16th, these items are within their timeframe to arrive in our warehouse to ship out to you until about the end of next week. Please remember business days do not count holidays and weekends.

Please let me know, with this new information, if there is any changes you would like to be made to the orders, or if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you!


Honestly speaking thank you for this information, this is all I basically needed.

Please cancle all of my orders.

I have canceled all of your orders. For future orders, you can tell if an item is in our warehouse and available to ship if the product page indicates that the item will ship in 1-7 business days.
