I am working on a few Pathfinder compatible products extensively supported with links to the official PRD. I deliberately choose the official PRD because I expected the URLs to remain static. However, with the unexpected transition to Archives of Nethys, all of my links no longer work. They just redirect to the AoN homepage.
1) Are there any plans to fix this issue and map the old URLs to the new ones?
2) If there are no plans to fix/map the URLs, what URLs should I use? Will the Archives of Nethys URLs still work in the future? Will they change? Please advise.

Huh? Are links to/within the PRD now redirected to AoN? When did this happen? Why did this happen? Was there an announcement?

I am guessing that it would be next to impossible to do any automatic re-mapping of paizo.com/prd links to aonprd.com links. The two sites have (had) very different structures.

Will the legacy site be a permanent fixture or is it temporary? At the moment, existing URLs do not work and only redirect to the homepage. Will this be resolved? I am interested in knowing future plans. At the moment, I may have to remove all web support in my product in light of the transition, which is unfortunate given I spent many hours of tedious work to do so.

On the other hand, links to that legacy page should be easy to map automatically....
It should be fairly easy to set paizo.com reverse proxy to map paizo.com/prd and paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd links to redirect to legacy.aonprd.com.
There are plenty of self-references in the forums, online campaigns and character profiles referencing the official PRD. It would safe plenty of time and headache to all the fans if they keep working even if pointing to an outdated source.
It's also extremely important they keep working also to maintain google searches results relevant, so people searching "paizo magic missile" or "pathfinder fatigued" do end in a proper page rather than a 403 not found.
And so on with links from other external pages.

News out of the tech team today: all old links/bookmarks people may be referencing should now route them to the legacy website as expected! :)
