Where can I find the base movement of the player races?

I would imagine in whatever book the race came out of. I think the Alien Archive lists the speed in the player version of the race section, for example.

I mean in the core book I don't see it listed with race abilities

I'm pretty sure the SF races in the CRB are all 30 feet. I know Dwarves keep the Slow and Steady trait, reducing their move to 20, but I don't know about the rest of the old PF races.

I can't provide a rules cite, but the assumption seems to be a default of 30. Every playable species gets that unless specified otherwise.

Playable races found in other books such as Alien Archive and Pact Worlds will have their movement listed under their racial traits.

Speed
Your character’s land speed at the beginning of play is 30 feet, unless she has an ability that modifies it (or penalties from armor or encumbrance). See Chapter 8 for more information on speed and movement.

Seems odd that it would not get a line under each races abilities (they had the space for it).

Without variance in the CRB there really wasn't a point. Would have been wasted space. You're looking at one line on page 17, or seven lines, one on each page with a race detailing the same thing.

With that line missing in Alien Archive, they're making the call that if someone just bought AA, and was using SRD for the rest, you are still aware of all their movement speeds individually by having them listed in the book you own.
