A parental consent e-mail was sent to me so that my son can create an account and receive a PFS number.
It was all script and I was unable to confirm my consent. I replied to resend the consent e-mail in a usable form but no response. My son was turned away from a game the other day because he did not have a number.
I would like a response at least. Son fell in love with the game immediately but the website's parental consent form has become an obstruction to him being able to play at a local game store.

Hello Ryan,
I have responded to your email in the inbox with a PDF version of the consent form. Once this is signed, and your name printed, we will be able to grant parental permissions ot the account.
Redelia is correct as well in that it is not required to have a Paizo account in order to receive a PFS ID. These can be generated by someone at the event and provided to new players. It is optional to register this number on your Paizo account.

I send it twice the parental consent signed, and my son doesn't have any answer. He is going to join his first Pathfinder adventure this Friday, but he is not allow to join it withou the number. How long it would take?
Tank you
Hi Chajo,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I've taken a look, and it seems that my coworker was able to take care of your son's account yesterday. He should now have access. If he's still encountering troubles, please don't hesitate to let us know. Thank you!
