I know there are the poster maps available, and some very cool dudes have done some digital work, but are there any battle maps/flip-mats available for actual tabletop play?
If there aren't any AP specific ones available, has anyone found some easily repurposed generic flip-mats they would recomment?
All of the forest or woodlands maps are useful as the PCs spend a lot of time moving through the Fangwood forest. The Town Square map is useful for towns, the Hamlet map is useful for emulating smaller towns. The Ruined Village map packs is very useful for building towns ravaged by the Ironfang Invasion. The Battlefield maps work well for areas in the Fangwood or the Hollow Hills.
So, yes, pretty much all of the corresponding environmental maps are useful. The rest are easily made by drawing on blank mats.
