This would make it easier on players to determine at what levels they can start upgrading to better quality items instead of having to spend the time reading through the text to get the information that table 6-19 should be providing since it provides the rest of the information.
It will help with the quality of life for those looking to create magic weapons and armor and knowing when they can.
I understand that, over time, most players will come to know the information almost by heart, but making it easier for new players is one of the goals of the game and this is a spot where you can improve.
