I haven't gotten notice that my subscription has been shipped (Starfinder Armory, order #5119474).

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. It appears that a technical error rendered your order as "unsubmitted" which is why it did not get processed automatically. I have resolved this issue and will ensure that the order goes down to the warehouse to be shipped promptly. Thank you!
