No Subscription order generated... and also comics all in Sidecard

I'm not seeing an order being generated for my July Pathfinder Adventure Card Game subscription. I should have the Ultimate Wilderness Add-On Deck and a copy of Nok-Nok the goblin.

I've also noticed that I have three months worth of comics subscription all hanging out in my sidecart. Could I have those shipped together this month?
