Hey all!
Just a heads up, but I have not been receiving shipping emails for my subscriptions for at least a few months. I even just checked the 2 emails I got this month. One was just telling me what this months cost would be. And the second only said my stuff would ship by Wednesday june 27. And I got the shipment today, and didn't even realize it has shipped and I had $40 less in my bank account then I thought I did. Can you look into this. I would appreciate getting the shipping emails again. Also, Friday I even checked my downloads to see if the new stuff was there, and then I would know it shipped, but the products were not added.

Hello Drowranger80,

I took a look at your last couple of orders and we did send an email when they shipped. I am not sure why you're not getting them. For instance, on order 5112630 we sent 3 emails. The first was on May 14 and was the subscription confirmation email. The second was the next day, May 15, when we sent an updated email confirmation after fixing the shipping on the order. Then on May 22 we sent a shipping email.

Likewise on 5204263 we sent an email confirmation on June 13, and then a shipping email on June 18.

Did you receive those email confirmations, or have you not been receiving any of the emails?

Hm... maybe I'm misunderstanding. I used to get emails saying "the order has shipped" now I'm getting emails saying the cost, and one saying it's gonna ship soon. For instance, the second email I got this month said it was shipping by Wednesday june 27. Never got an email saying it shipped. And received the package yesterday. I'm just confused.

That is the shipping email. For subscriptions they always say, "Shipping by <date>" because of the way we ship them. Normally printing the shipping label is the last thing that happens on an order and when we print it is when an order is charged for and when the PDFs become available. For subscriptions we do what we call label runs meaning we print out all the shipping labels for identical orders (ie. all orders that are only an AP) all at once, then assembly line style pack them up. Because of how we do label runs though the package may not leave our warehouse for days after the shipping label is printed. So the email always say that it is expected to ship by the date of the last day we expect to be shipping out subscription orders. This has always been the case with subscription shipping emails. Shipping emails for non subscription orders will say that they were just shipped.
