Well, other than picking out Kei's Reactive Forms and his equipment, I think that's pretty much it for him. I think I'll go with Giant Form for one of them and I'll figure something out for his other one.

It seems like I'm finished with these guys. I've made the 3 heroes and I already had the 3 villains. Time to go back to my Captain Cold and see how I can make him work better. Or go straight to making the Flash. I'm leaning towards Monk/Sorcerer with Stormborn bloodline for that.

I think the Flash would use spells if he could but ultimately he can not so Sorcerer might not be the best. He could instead grab Greater Eldritch Heritage or be a quickling. I imagine the monk levels are for his rapid punches but that could be achieved with two weapon fighting. Monks get their 3rd extra attack at 15th and their second at 8th. Unchained Monks never get a third bonus attack. However, Monk may be worth it for speed, even better if an archetype replaces flurry. I was making a new character for Curse of the Crimson Throne and was thinking of making a character who could chase people really well (for no plot reason in particular) and I found the Darechaser. A Monk 9 / Barbarian 1 / Darechaser 10 ends with 70 ft base speed. A Monk 18 / Barbarian 1 / Bloodrager 1 has 80 ft base speed. There are plenty of speed builds out there that may be worth looking into.

He will likely require another thread.

Stormborn has some lightning and speed spells, which is why I was considering it. I am definitely going to make him his own thread. Tomorrow. When I'm awake. And not half asleep as I am now.

I went with Sprinting Form for the other Reactive Form. It gives Kei +20 Speed and I can spend 2 uses of Reactive Form to make it last a full minute if I need to, same as with Giant Form.

His equipment will be straight forward. The only weapons he'll need to buy is a bow and 2 types of arrows. Cold Iron and Blunt, obviously. He can't use metal armor and won't be using a shield. Studded Leather will be too heavy for his 38 lbs Light Load. The regular Leather armor will be just light enough.

Then it's just some basic gear like MW backpack, waterskin, and oil.

And Kei is officially complete.
