Let us say I am a swashbuckler and have displacement cast on me. An enemy so rudely tries to strike me.

Would they roll for displacement miss chance and then I decide to attempt a parry, or would I have to decide to parry before they roll for concealment. Furthermore, if I fail the parry, would they still attempt the concealment check?

They say they want to attack you, regardless of you having displacement.

You must declare to attempt the parry before they roll their attack.

If you fail, then they roll miss chance.
