Light-weavers Guild

I've only found passing reference to the Light weavers guild in The Great Beyond book. There seems to be very little mention of it on the forums, and a Google search turns up nothing. What is it, and where can I find more information on it?

Random super-necro, but I was looking for more information on the same topic so I thought I'd leave one bit on the light-weaver's guild for future seekers. They play a role in PFS1 # 6-99, 'True Dragons of Absalom'.
