On a side note, is this really how this is done with this company? Can't you just add a tab-path through account management to cancel, like EVERYONE else.

Waiting on them to reply to my post as well to cancel one of mine. I just started playing Starfinder, as a side hobby from D&D 5e. I thought the same thing when I first looked at how to cancel. It's pretty ridiculous. The only reason they'd have it set up this way is to avoid people canceling too easy, which is just an "in-your-face" moneygrab that REALLY turns me off of Paizo altogether. We'll see how long my other subscriptions last


Paizo is only in house to respond Monday through Friday but as no product ships on the weekend you have no reason to worry. They usually respond to each request quite promptly once there in house and doing business. Im sure you will hear from them today.

There are plenty of other reasons we may do this that have nothing to do with making it harder for subscribers to cancel. In fact it is the opposite. The main reason it is set up this way is because our system is very finicky and we want to make sure it actually cancels the subscriptions like it is supposed to. You would likely be a lot more frustrated if you tried to cancel it and then the next month got charged for another shipment.
