Downloads Disorganized

The follow APs have my downloads separated and located in different locations:

Legacy of Fire
Second Darkness
Rise of the Runelords
Curse of the Crimson Throne

Everything else appears to be in their proper category, including the Player's Guide.

Hi ckdragons,

Thanks for letting us know about this! It sounds like it may be related to a bug that our tech team is currently looking into. I'm going to move this thread into Website Feedback and let them know to take a look into your account. Just let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that I can assist you with in the meantime.

Thanks!
-Katina

My downloads are also scattered to the four winds. One issues of Dead Suns is listed near the top as "Paizo Adventure Path" while the rest are down where they should be. There's several other things that just seem to be tossed about willy nilly as well.

Is there any way to put the Adventure Paths in order by issue number? And have all the Pathfinder Campaign Setting stuff in one spot, and all the Player Companions in one spot, etc?

Is there any update from the Website Team on when this will be fixed? It's still an issue with my downloads. Thanks.

I have the same problem when I first get to the download site.
Easiest fix is to click one of the other sorting methods, then click the one I want.
This puts everything where it should be.

Some of the disorganized downloads have been fixed in the database and should display correctly now. If you still see your downloads showing up in the wrong sessions, let us know and we'll fix them as well.

Sorry, still disorganized. My RotRL downloads (3.5 and PF versions) are in 2 completely separate locations. Player's Guide for 2nd Darkness and Legacy of Fire separate from the rest of the AP downloads. When I click Rise of the Runelords checkbox in the left-hand sort box, the web page returns literally nothing except some header information about sorting my downloads.

This has been going on for some time now. I can't recall exactly when was the last time that I visited my Downloads page and saw everything in either a default standard order or in the order I last sorted them into. The order of items seems to default to completely random.

BTW, I keep my page set as "Date Download Last Updated".

Do you see that page sorted that way when you revisit it for the first time in a session?

It used to be that the preferred sort order was persistent. These days, every time I go to my page, my downloads are in a seemingly random order, and I have to click twice on "Sort by added to my downloads" to see the newest stuff.

David
I purchased some PDFs this morning.
When I signed in it looked exactly like it did yesterday.
Got busy while downloading and it timed me out.
When I re-logged on it still looked like it did yesterday with the new PDFs scattered throughout the list (both the ones I downloaded and the ones I hadn't).
