First time subscriber, have a concern

I had two items on preorder, pact worlds, and starfinder armory. I subscribed, with my subscription starting with pact worlds.

I saw that the subscription says it cancels preorders when you subscribe, and I went and checked and the starfinder armor is indeed marked as canceled, but the pact worlds book is not. It is still marked as ship within 1-7 days.

My order number is 4685894, I was hoping one of you could assure me that I am not going to be charged for and sent two copies of Pact worlds?

Thanks for letting us know! It seems that our system had not canceled Pact Worlds correctly, but i have done that manually and am sending you an updated confirmation email for that order. You should now only show on pending copy of Pact Worlds on your account.
