It depends heavily on the Fangwood Forest and its connection to the fey. Seems to me like this may be tough to pull off unless your group doesn't care about that. Granted, my knowledge of the Mwangi is not all that great, other than "jungle." This one certainly isn't as difficult to move as APs like Giantslayer or Mummy's Mask, both of which are heavily tied to specific areas.

I'd say that is going to create a ripple effect of conversion work as the entire AP makes its way through the southern end of Nirmathas. The forests of the Fangwood are quite different from the jungles of the Mwangi.
Why not just run the actual adventure set in Garund? Serpent's Skull?
oops, double post.
The idea is to give my group something a bit less Eurocentric than typical, and all of us like Garund/Mwangi, and feel like it needs more flesh. The hope is that since fey are pretty universal, it can be easier to slip the Fangwood content into the jungles.
I was thinking instead of Nirmathas, having the civil war/regional conflict feature Mzali and Kalabuto, with the PCs starting off in an as yet unnamed border town.
