I am considering a 3d printer to make dungeon tiles, furniture etc. I was curious what are some of the best dungeon crawl scenarios that could be built with dungeon ties within reason. Might be for pfs might not. Thanks for the help.
Ps I am aware of emerald spire and that s definitely a possibility.

There's Shattered Star, which is basically a whole Adventure Path dedicated to a dungeon crawl.
There's also the Gauntlet, which is exactly as difficult as it sounds, but also a really fun (imo) dungeon.
Thornkeep and Emerald Spire are indeed quite entertaining, and making a full campaign around the two is also a possibility. (personally im combining them with Kingmaker to create a setting for two or three different campaigns)
