Status update on Order 4653384

While I have received the confirmation email that the order was placed on Jan 13th, I never received any news on whether it has shipped or not.
Any information would be appreciated, thank you.

The items you ordered have a listed product availability of shipping from our warehouse in 1 to 7 business days. This means that we have them available and the order should ship as soon as the warehouse gets to it in the shipping queue (how long that takes can vary depending on the volume of orders being processed). Business days do not include weekends and holidays, so the 1 to 7 business day estimate would normally put it shipping anytime between the 16th and 24th.

It looks like it is on a packing list, which means it's in the stack of orders the warehouse is working on currently.
