Hello Paizo CS Ninjas,

I know this won't get a look for a couple of days, but I wanted to post this while it is still fresh in my head. I recently ordered several PDF downloads from the online store, including 0One's Bluprints Single, "Dwarven Depths: Western Mines". The problem is that this file is not showing up in my Downloads page, while the others are.

I went back to double-check and make sure I had it in my cart, and it's there, and it shows that I have purchased the PDF, but for some reason, the order is showing as "pending", rather than completed. Can you folks shed any light on the subject? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Readerbreeder,

I'm sorry for any confusion with that one. It looks like it had a strange processing error. I've moved the Western Mines PDF to a new order and resubmitted it. You should get a new order confirmation email.
